Before booking

Before booking, I'd like to share with you some information about La Maison de Marquay.

Don't hesitate to supplement this reading with a telephone call, your satisfaction is precious.

I welcome you between 4pm and 7.30pm. If you arrive outside this time, I would be grateful if you would give me 24 hours' notice. And, for the peace and quiet of the other occupants of the house, it is not possible to arrive after 9.30pm.

On the day of your departure, the room must be vacated by 11.00 am.

Your room is checked and cleaned daily. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

The house is located in the heart of the village of Marquay. Marquay is a lively village, and should remain so. Certain events can be seen within the house.

Spiders, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, bats and other garden inhabitants may come to meet you during your stay.

During your stay, you may come across our 'kitten' Khalessi, who is known to be sociable, but please don't let her invite you into the bedrooms.

As for our two Husky dogs, they are not allowed to share the areas reserved for guests. If you would like to share a walk with them, please let me know.

Our four-legged animals, as mentioned above, do not allow pets.

The house is non-smoking (cigarettes and e-cigarettes), including at bedroom windows. Cigarettes and vaping are permitted outside. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided.

Prices are in euros, per room and per night for 2 people, including breakfast.
